135MW CFBC CONCEPCION COAL FIRED POWER PLANT
Project Showcase: Delivering Critical Infrastructure Solutions for the 135MW CFBC Concepcion Power Plant
Jiahui proudly announces the successful completion of its flagship international engineering project: the 135MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC) Coal-Fired Power Plant on Bennett Island, Philippines. As a key infrastructure partner, Jiahui supplied mission-critical industrial door systems essential to the plant’s operational safety, security, and efficiency. Valued at USD 386,500, this project underscores our capacity to deliver large-scale, customized solutions for global energy sector clients.

Project Context & Significance
Located strategically along Bennett Island’s coastline, the Concepcion Power Plant addresses the Philippines' urgent energy demand, bolstering regional grid stability and supporting economic development. Its advanced CFBC technology ensures cleaner coal combustion with reduced emissions—a vital sustainability initiative. Jiahui’s scope involved furnishing Specialized Fire-Rated, Structural, and Oversized Access Doors tailored to the plant’s extreme operational demands and corrosive marine environment.

Technical Solutions & Custom Engineering
Steel Fire Doors (UL/FM-Compliant):
Engineered with certified fire-resistance ratings (up to 4 hours), these doors feature reinforced steel cores, intumescent seals, and thermal barriers to prevent flame/spread during critical events.
Designed to withstand 650°C+ temperatures, ensuring compartmentalization of high-risk zones like boiler rooms, control centers, and fuel storage areas.
Corrosion-resistant coatings combat tropical humidity and saltwater exposure, extending service life in coastal settings.
Heavy-Duty Steel Security Doors:
Constructed from 12-gauge galvanized steel with multi-point locking systems, providing forced-entry resistance and blast mitigation capabilities.
Integrated with acoustic seals to reduce noise pollution from turbine halls and generator bays.
Low-maintenance pivot hinges and automated closers facilitate rapid emergency egress.
High-Size Industrial Doors (Custom-Fabricated):
Spanning up to 6m x 8m, these doors enable unobstructed movement of heavy equipment (e.g., turbines, transformers) during installation and maintenance.
Motorized roller systems with fail-safe brakes ensure operational reliability in high-wind coastal conditions.
Wind-load-rated frames withstand typhoon-force winds (up to 200 km/h), a non-negotiable requirement for Bennett Island’s climate.
Execution Excellence & Partnership
Jiahui deployed its Global Technical Support Team for end-to-end project management:
Design Collaboration: Conducted 3D laser scans of door openings for precision fabrication, eliminating on-site rework.
Supply Chain Optimization: Pre-tested components at ISO-certified factories in China, achieving 100% on-time delivery despite maritime logistics challenges.
Onsite Integration: Field engineers supervised installation, conducted fire/airtightness tests, and trained plant staff on maintenance protocols.
