Product Features
This explosion relief door complies with Q/XBM01-2014 (Blast Release Door Standard) and ISO9001, ensuring guaranteed quality. Its lightweight relief panel (≤20kg/㎡) activates at 100kgf/m³ critical pressure, ensuring rapid pressure release while minimizing structural damage. The door panel is constructed with 1.0mm galvanized steel, reinforced with 1.0mm steel square pipes and honeycomb filling (spaced <150mm apart) for optimal strength-to-weight ratio.
The 2.0mm galvanized steel frame features an inserted rabbet seal for airtight closure, while the 110mm-deep frame enhances impact resistance. The 40° auto-opening relief panel balances pressure release and debris blockage, and all-round rubber seals maintain stability under normal conditions. Additional safety includes an explosion relief device and window security clips to prevent glass shattering.

Product Advantages
Certified Safety: ISO9001 compliance ensures reliability in extreme conditions.
Efficient Pressure Relief: Lightweight panel reacts instantly to overpressure, protecting infrastructure.
Robust Construction: Galvanized steel resists corrosion; honeycomb filling reduces weight without compromising strength.
Smart Design: 40° relief angle and rubber seals optimize safety and usability.
