This steel fire door is engineered to exceed global safety standards, including GB 12955-2008, ISO9001, UBC Standard 7-2 (1997), and BS476, with certifications for 30/60/90/120/150-minute fire resistance. The door panel is crafted from 0.8mm or 1.0mm galvanized steel, while the frame uses 1.2mm–2.0mm galvanized steel for enhanced durability. Internally, it’s filled with non-combustible Expansion Perlite or Rock Wool, ensuring optimal thermal insulation. A 24×2mm fire seal wraps all edges (except the bottom) to block smoke/flames. The 50mm thickness balances strength and weight, suitable for high-traffic areas.
